Jenny D. Moore is a native of Anderson, South Carolina. She attended and graduated from T.L. Hanna High School, an Anderson School District 5 school, in 2001. She pursued her education at Clemson University and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduation from Clemson, Jenny entered law school at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina. She completed her first year in North Carolina and then transferred to the University of South Carolina School of Law where she completed her studies. She graduated in 2007, receiving her Juris Doctorate Degree, and was sworn into the South Carolina BAR in November, 2007.

After law school, Jenny moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she served as an Assistant Solicitor in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office under Trey Gowdy and later Solicitor Barry Barnette. While working at the Solicitor’s Office, Jenny prosecuted a wide range of cases in Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties. In the Spring of 2011, Jenny left the Solicitor’s Office to enter private practice.

Jenny is very involved in the local community. She serves on the board of The Hope Center for Children – a group home for children needing emergency care and for young ladies needing a more permanent and stable residence.

Jenny is married to Travis Moore of Spartanburg, SC. They are the blessed parents of three beautiful children and attend The Episcopal Church of The Advent in Spartanburg, SC. They enjoy practicing law together.
