Let us introduce Patrick Anderson:
Born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, Patrick became a founding member of Anderson, Moore, Bailey & Nowell LLC to serve the community he has been a part of his entire life.
Patrick attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate degree, receiving his BA in Mass Communication in 2002. He then worked in advertising, marketing, and real estate before he attended the Charleston School of Law. There received his Juris Doctor in 2007 with Dean’s List honors.
Patrick moved back to Spartanburg to practice after sitting the bar exam and began a Judicial Clerkship with Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge J. Mark Hayes. After the Judicial Clerkship, he became an Assistant Solicitor for former Seventh Circuit Solicitor and current US Congressman Trey Gowdy.
While his initial case load focused on a wide range of General Crimes, he became the DUI prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. He was the DUI prosecutor for 3 years before leaving the Solicitor’s Office to go into private practice in 2011. He now focuses on DUI defense, Felony DUI, Drug charges, and other criminal offenses.
Patrick’s lifetime ties to Spartanburg have given him great knowledge of the community, and that translates representing his clients’ interests successfully. Patrick prides himself on being available whenever his clients need him and is there to guide them through the entire process.
